Do patients need to install an app?
No. Patients get a link on WhatsApp or scan the QR poster, and the live queue opens in their phone's browser.
What do I need at the clinic?
Only the receptionist's phone with internet. A TV in the waiting room is optional: open the TV link in its browser.
Which languages are there?
Patients see the queue in English, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or Telugu, with an English line you can turn off.
How do WhatsApp messages work?
Each paid month includes ₹150 of WhatsApp credit, and each message costs ₹0.20. If the credit runs out the queue keeps working, and the receptionist sends the token link from the clinic's own WhatsApp.
Can I pay by UPI or cash?
Yes. Pay online in the app, or pay us by UPI or cash and we add it to your account.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your clinic is paused after a few days and your data stays safe until you come back.
